Description / 1804 C.11 Plain 4, w/Stems Draped Bust Half Cent PCGS VF30 (CAC)
CAC approved, and a very tough coin as such. As of this writing, there are a total of 5 examples in ALL GRADES COMBINED, including 1 F12, 2 VF30's and 2 XF45's. That isn't much to pick from. And, this coin is everything you'd except it to be, and maybe even a touch more. In fact, I'd call it an EAC 30. The details are that of a 40 coin. The surfaces are smooth, hard and free of issues, save a bit of original planchet unevenness, not struck-out, seen at lower right obverse. The color and luster are exceptional for the assigned grade, and the eye appeal is outstanding. The last CAC-approved sale I can locate was...never. In any grade.
