1807 O.111' (Prime die state) R7? Large Stars 50/20 Capped Bust Half Dollar PCGS VG8 (CAC)

CAC approved. Here is a really rare Overton subvariety...the "Bearded Goddess" without any trace of the beard! And, no other obverse die crack either. There appear to be 7 known of this die state, and this is one with a personal history. I bought the coin from another dealer (who knew what it was) for my personal collection of Bust half dollars in the early to mid 1990's. When I sold my collection, it went to another BHNC member who enjoyed it for quite some time, and then was traded to another BHNC guy. It is from that source that I recently re-acquired the coin. The quality and originality are superb, especially considering the rather modest grade. There are no distractions. This appears to be the only 1807 O.111' with a CAC sticker. Enjoy!
