Housed in a "frame-around-rattler" holder, more formally known as a Generation 2.1, made only from Oct thru Dec 1989. These holders are infrequently seen, and the collar (or frame) is fairly fragile, thus it is generally seen chipped, cracked and/or broken. Not here. The holder and frame are perfect! And the coin is too!
