Bill has collected many US coin series over his 60 years of numismatic activity, and we recently bought his Trade dollars (a complete, slabbed Business strike set), Bust halves (most of a date set), Bust dimes (most of a Capped Bust, Large size die variety set), along with quite a few other nice coins. This lovely, original, very choice specimen – one that I think is really VF – was a part of Bill’s die variety set, a coin he enjoyed for a long time…he purchased it from Red River Rarities in September 1992.
