Elton Dosier, an early BHNC member who was a very conservative grader (some might say a proper grader), would likely call this one XF40. My personal opinion is that I would give that a +, to recognize the exceptional originality and strong, underlying luster that is more indicative of the PCGS grade. But considering that this is 2023 and not 1983, the PCGS grade is actually conservative!
