CAC approved. Contained in a Gen 4.0 Fatty holder (no barcode), made in late 1989 thru about 1992. A wonderfully toned coin with very clear, deep mirrors and a good bit of cameo contrast on the obverse. One of only 600 proofs coined in 1868, and a lot of bang for the buck!
