Description
Solidly reflective (what we used to call Semi-PL back in the 1970’s), but not enough so to earn the PL designation these days. Still, this is a very fresh, very impressive looking, flashy white example of the 8TF design. This coin must’ve gotten consideration in the grading room for a 64+, and I think that 64+ is the correct grade. But, what could I possibly know?
