Description

A little bit dirty, but nothing crazy, and possibly improvable (though we do not get involved in any of that). No comments and quite pleasing, with obvious originality. Per Track and Price, there are a mere 6 Red Seals on this bank, three each of $5’s and $10’s. The other Gettysburg charter, 311, shows only a single RS note, a $10. SN D640158 / 1991.
