1938 New Rochelle Commemorative Half Dollar, PCGS MS65+

Description

As fresh, frosty and bright as the day is was minted.  Does that mean it has been dipped?  Likely so, but it was done properly, and has not affected the coin’s eye appeal in the least.  This is a blazer without distraction.
